emPOWER UP: Life Skills
emPOWER UP: Life Skills is a flexible program run which aims to empower Autistic people with real world skills and strategies to navigate every day life with ease and confidence. Modules are designed by Autistic people, for Autistic people, to empower participants to grow their skillsets in ways that feel authentic and effective to them.
Program Format
emPOWER UP: Life Skills is broken into thirteen short and digestible modules across various topics, which run throughout the year. This format allows Autistic people to engage in topics that most interest them, without having to commit to the whole program.
