Our personalised, Autism-affirming employment mentoring program.
Empowered Pathways is an Autism-affirming employment readiness program providing individualised, 1:1 mentorship for participants at various stages of their employment journey.
The program aims to empower participants with knowledge and skills required to independently and safely explore their own employment pathway.
What to expect
Session are build around your individual needs and goals and so each session is different. Topics may include:
Knowing your employment goals, strengths and skills
Understanding résumés and cover letters
Travel training for work
Interview skills
Social and business communication
Executive function, energy management and beyond
Program format
- 1-2 sessions per week (2 hour sessions)
- Local meeting locations
- Consistent mentor, time and location
- Combination of theoretical and practical activities
- Ongoing review sessions
