Empowered Minds is a bespoke professional development and capability-building program that equips organisations to meaningfully engage with and support Autistic and neurodivergent people. Drawing on research, lived experience, and neuroaffirming practice, every program is tailored to your organisation’s goals, culture and context.

Through practical education, evidence-informed strategies, and reflective learning, Empowered Minds helps build workplaces, service, and communities where Autistic and neurodivergent people are not only included but genuinely valued, respects, and empowered to thrive.
What Empowered Minds offers
We deliver interactive, engaging group training sessions that can be tailored for leadership teams, managers, frontline staff, or whole of organisation audiences. Sessions can be delivered in-person, online or as e-learning modules and may include:
- Foundations of Autism and neurodiversity
- Building neuroaffirming and inclusive workplace practices
- Accessibility and reasonable adjustments in practice
- Inclusive communication and leadership
- Creating psychologically safe and inclusive cultures
Our workshops encourage reflection, discussion, and practical application, supporting participants to translate learning into everyday practice.
We offer individual coaching and advisory sessions to support leaders, managers, and key staff to build confidence and capability in inclusive practice. Coaching may focus on:
- Inclusive leadership and decision making
- Supporting Autistic and neurodivergent staff or clients
- Navigating complex situations with confidence and care
- Translating organisational values into inclusive action
This personalised support enables deeper learning and practical problem solving within the workplace.
